The house is placed just 2 miles from the city of Cuenca just next to the beautiful village of Arcas. The main road is N-320 in the way to Motilla del Palancar)
It is a rural house and it is surrounded by a forest of mediterran pines and other rural houses. It's extension covers around 150m2 and more than 2000m2 of green areas to enjoy the nature. It is composed by a ground floor with a living room and a chimeny, toilet, kitchen and bar. Though a lovely stairs you go up to the second floor where you will find with 7 rooms. One of them has got a chimeny, a smart resting area and a big toilet with a lovely balcony.
